- 300ml low fat cream
- 200gm strawberries, chopped {I used frozen}
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split
- Chocolate Ganache
- 275gm dark chocolate, room temperature
