- ¼ cup (65 ml) oil
- ¾ cup (175 g) clariï¬ed butter
- 4 cups (500 g) all-purpose ï¬our, plus up to 4 tablespoons more for kneading
- ½ teaspoon instant yeast
- Other:
- ¼ cup (30 g) powdered sugar (optional, for dusting on top)
