Receta Balsamic Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. coarsely minced onion
- 4 x cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 x (4-oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 c. sliced green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1 x 14 1/(2-oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 c. warm cooked long-grain rice (1/3 c. uncooked)
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onion and garlic; saute/fry 3 min. Add in chicken; cook 4 min on each side or possibly till browned. Add in bell pepper, vinegar, mushrooms, Italian seasoning and tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 20 min or possibly till chicken is done. Serve over rice.
