Receta Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops
This would be a great marinade also. And probably equally delicious on chicken if you're not a huge pork fan.

Ingredientes
- Pre-made lemon pepper seasoning of your choice
- olive oil
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 c chicken stock
- 2 T brown sugar
- 4 pork chops
Direcciones
- Season the pork chops to taste with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Heat some olive oil in a large skillet.
- Cook the pork chops to desired doneness, remove and keep warm.
- In a small bowl while the chops are cooking, combine vinegar, stock and sugar.
- When the chops have been removed, turn up the heat on the skillet, add the liquid and deglaze the pan. Be sure to scrape up all the bits left from cooking.
- Boil for a minute or 2 to thicken the sauce.
- Spoon over the pork chops.
