Receta Banana And Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. ripe mashed bananas
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. golden brown raisins
- 1/2 c. English walnuts, minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add in large eggs, bananas, honey and lowfat milk.In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in to creamed mix, beating till blended. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling each 3/4 full. Bake 20 min or possibly till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Yield: 18 muffins.
