Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Unbleached flour
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1 c. Bananas, mashed
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Egg whites, whipped
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 8 x 4 x 2" loaf pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and cloves. In another mixing bowl, combine bananas, water, lowfat sour cream, and egg whites. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 min.
