  • 1/2 c. Shortening (half butter, half Crisco)
  • 2 x Ripened bananas (bananas should feel slightly squishy)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts
