Receta Banana Cinnamon Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x egg whites whipped
- 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk at room temperature
- 2/3 c. banana mashed
- 1/2 c. applesauce at room temperature
Direcciones
- Prepare waffle iron with cooking spray and heat up. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, lowfat milk, banana, and applesauce. Add in dry ingredients to wet ingredients just till moistened. Pour sufficient batter to fill two-thirds of the waffle iron. Cook till crisp and golden. Set aside. Repeat with remaining batter
