- 1/4 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 c. Mashed bananas
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Buttermilk, dry
- 1 c. Oatmeal, instant
- 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1/3 c. Oats, steel-cut
- 1 Tbsp. Yeast
Direcciones
- Soak oats in 1/3 c. boiling water till the mix is at room temperature.
- Place all ingredients in order given in machine and program for white bread.
