Receta Banana Pancakes with Coconut Oil
Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T. melted coconut oil, divided
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. pure vanilla extract
- 1 T. honey
- 1 very ripe banana
- Heat griddle and coat with coconut oil. (Depending on the size of the griddle you might only use 1 t. at a time, adding more between each batch.)
