Receta Banana Raisin Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter, soft
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 4 c. flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 6 lg. ripe bananas, peeled & mashed
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together dry ingredients. Toss raisins and nuts into flour mix. Add in to creamed mix, alternately with mashed bananas. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min till done.
