- 6 med Bananas
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 c. Brown sugar - hard packed
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Cream
- 1/4 c. Smooth peanut butter

- Slice bananas and toss in lime juice. Divide proportionately between 6 small serving bowls, spoon cool sauce over top and top with whipped cream.
- SAUCE Heat butter in small saucepan. Add in sugar and condensed lowfat milk. Stir without boiling till sugar is dissolved then increase heat and stir for about 5 min till golden. Remove from heat and let bubbles subside
