  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 x Bananas cut in half lengthwise then halve
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. of light rum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 3 Tbsp. banana liquor

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a skillet or possibly flambe pan. Add in sugar, cinnamon, and banana liquor and stir till sugar melts. Add in bananas to sauce and saute/fry till bananas are soft and browned. Add in rum and allow to get warm so which you can flambe (ignite) the pan. Liquor should ignite if warm and placed near a flame. Tip pan in circular motion. Place ice cream in 4 bowls topping with 4 pcs of banana. Spoon sauce over bananas and ice cream and serve immediately.
