Ingredientes
- 1 c. Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Hickory barbecue flavoring ds Cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- Remove seeds from pumpkins interior. Place the seeds into a bowl of hot water and clean off all the slimy strings. Measure 1 c. of seeds, pour them onto paper towel, and pat dry.
- Pour the oil into a saucepan. Add in the seeds and seasonings. Place the pan over medium-high heat. Fry the seeds, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 6 to 8 min, or possibly till they puff up slightly. Remove pan from heat, and allow the seeds to cold. Serve the seeds immediately or possibly store in an airtight container.
