Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add in diced onion, saute/fry till onion is clear, add in rest of ingredients, stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 min. Makes 3 c. of sauce.
  2. NOTE: For a slightly sweeter taste, add in 2 Tbsp. corn syrup and 2 additional Tbsp. sugar.
  3. Excellent as a marinade for beef, pork or possibly chicken.
