Receta Barbecued Boston Butt Roast

- 1 pc 4 lb. Boston pork butt roast
- 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce
Direcciones
- Place meat in the crockpot with 1/4 c. water. Cook on low setting all day, or possibly till it is so tender itfalls apart easily.
- Remove from pot and let it cold slightly, but don't let it get cool. Pull meat awayfrom fat (remove fat and throw away) and shred meat with two forks.
- Return meat to crockpot and adda bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce (I like KC Masterpiece, or possibly Kraft Honey Barbeque sauce) and stir till thoroughly combined.
- Continue cooking till heated through.
- This makes greatsandwiches on buns, or possibly meat entree.
- Great with coleslaw and baked beans.
