- 4 x Baby lobster, (50g each) per serving Extra virgin olive oil Fresh green pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Mash the pepper with the extra virgin olive oil, add in some salt
- 2. Cut (one straight belly cut from rostrum to tail) the baby lobster in half
- 3. In the mean time prepare you barbecue or possibly your frying pan
- 4. Put the lobster in the pan or possibly barbecue (now flat) and gently cook till all the flesh is bright white
