Receta Barbequed Short Ribs

Ingredientes
- 3 pound short ribs
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 med. onions, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients, except meat and mix well. Put meat into roasting pan and pour mix over meat. Put in refrigerator for 4 hrs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover pan and bake in preheated oven for 3 hrs or possibly till tender. Serves 4.
