  • 1 c. barley (boil 1/2 hour and drain)
  • 1 minced green pepper
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 sm. can tomato paste
  • 1 sm. can peas with liquid
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mushrooms and pimento are optional

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat and onions in butter. Add in celery and green pepper, cook a few min. Add in rest of ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees or possibly 1 hour at 350 degrees.
