Receta Basic Breakfast Muffins
Add fruit, chocolate chips, etc., to this excellent basic recipe. I especially like them with blackberries.
Ingredientes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick margerine or butter or 3/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tbs. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- optional: 1/2 cup berrries, or fruit or 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine wet ingredients to dry, combine well.
- Put in any additions.
- Mix and pour into muffin tins 2/3rds full.
- Bake until golden brown on top, about 12-14 minutes.
