Receta Basic Cranberry Relish

Ingredientes
- 4 med. oranges, seeded
- 2 pound (8 c.) cranberries
- 4 med. apples, unpeeled, cored
- 3 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Peel yellow rind from oranges; trim off and throw away white part. Put orange pulp, cranberries and apples through food grinder. Add in sugar and mix well. Cover and chill or possibly pour into glass jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space. Seal and freeze.
- Makes 4 pints.
