- 1 can condensed lowfat milk (use can to measure with)
- 2 cans whole lowfat milk
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1/4 can cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. vanilla

May add in coconut at this time (add in 4 Tbsp. cocoa with first 4 items if making chocolate pies). To make pineapple pies, add in large can of crushed pineapples and decrease lowfat milk by 1/2 c..
