Receta Basic Miso Soup

- 1 x 2-3" piece EDEN Wakame
- 4 c. Water
- 1/2 sm Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 med Carrot, diced
- 2 Tbsp. EDEN Miso (any variety), dissolved in...
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 x Green onions finely minced
Direcciones
- Rinse Wakame. Cover with water and soakfor 5 min. Remove rib and dice. Meanwhile, bring 4 c. water to a boil. Add in onions, simmer for 3 min. Add in carrots and Wakame, simmer for 5 more min. Remove from heat and add in dissolved miso, stirring in well. Don't boil once miso is added. Garnish with green onions and serve.
