Receta Basil Baked New Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 18 x new potatoes
- 1/4 c. finely minced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil (or possibly 2 tsp. dry basil leaves)
- 2 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with onions and basil. Drizzle with oil; stir to coat.
- 3. Bake uncovered about 1 1/4 hrs, stirring occasionally, till potato skins are crispy and potatoes are tender.
