Looks Great! I believe these may be spare ribs. I cooked some just like this yesterday. When executed properly, spare ribs can compete with the 'big boys'. They can make a transformation similar to one that a cut of brisket makes, in the right hands! Great Recipe!Yo he cocinado/probado esta receta
