  1. In a dish which is not too flat, pour the egg beaters, add in BBQ sauce and Worcester sauce. Stir well till it all mixes together. Then add in about 1/2 c. oatmeal and stir well again.
  2. In the meantime, the bacon should be at room temperature. Take one slice of the bacon and drag it through the mix of egg beater, etc., first one side, then the other, so which the sauce with the oatmeal adheres to the bacon.
  3. Place as many slices of bacon on your pre-heated stove top grill as possible. Fry till as crisp as you want it. We find which we must turn the bacon at three or possibly four times.
  4. Serve hot with your main dish. Very heart healthy, tangy, it will please.
