Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. green chilies
- 2 cans Ranch style beans
- 1 c. cooked whole rice (cooked)
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute/fry onion and garlic in shortening till tender. Add in chilies. Combine beans, rice and cottage cheese. Mix in onion, peppers, salt, pepper and chili pwdr.
- Spoon into lightly greased 2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Top with cheese.
