Ingredientes
- For bowl: 250g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 half dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- water till is a compact dough
- For beans stew:2 beans preserves in tomato sauce
- 1 big onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons oil
- salt
- black pepper
- chilli
- dry parsley
Direcciones
- 1.Make a dough from the 6 first ingredients.Set aside to grow a little.
- 2.Heat the oven.
- 3.Stew in oil,chopped onions and garlic,and,add the beans preserves,salt,black pepper and spices.
- 4.Boil till is thick,and chill a little.
- 5.Smear with a little oil,some yenna bowls on the back,and lay pieces of dough,and,arrange it on them,to keep the form when is baked.
- 6.Bake the ,,bowls,,.
- 7.When they are ready,break away the dough,and,ventilate them a little.
- 8.Fill the ,,bowls,, with stew and decorate with fresh parsley.
