Receta Beef And French Fries

Ingredientes
- 8 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 lrg Potatoes, matchstick cut Can use frzn
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 10 ounce Sirloin steak, thin slice
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Fish sauce, Nuoc Mam Pepper, lots
Direcciones
- 1. Pour 6 Tbsp. of the oil into a flat skillet, add in the potatoes and fry till brown. Drain the oil and set potatoes aside to drain on paper towels.
- 2. Fry the onion and garlic in oil, then add in the beef and fry for about 1 minute or possibly till meat is browned but not tough.
- 3. Mix the cornstarch, water, sugar and fish sauce in a small bowl, blending well. Add in this to the beef and stir..add in more water if needed to make a light not too thick sauce.
- 4. Mix in potatoes or possibly...remove the potatoes to a serving dish then spoon beef and sauce over the potatoes.
- 5. If desired, sprinkle with lots of black pepper.
