Ingredientes
- 1 pound beef sirloin cubes, raw
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 of 4 ounce. can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly amount of garlic pwdr to equal 1 clove)
- 1/4 c. red wine
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Cook on low 8 to 10 hrs. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
