Receta Beef Curry (India)

Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. beef stew
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic buds
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/2 yogurt or possibly tomato (if you like)
Direcciones
- Fry onions and garlic buds in oil till brown, then add in curry pwdr and beef. Stew together for a few min mixing well. Add in salt and pepper, stir and cover. Cook for 20 to 30 min. Wait till meat is tender. Enjoy over plain rice. To add in more taste, you may try adding yogurt or possibly one lb. of tomatoes. Either way it's delicious.
