  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok over high heat. Add in beef strips. Stir fry till done. 1-2 min. Place cooked meat on a hot platter. Heat remaining Tbsp. oil in wok. Add in green onions, stir fry 1 minute. Add in broth, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to rolling boil. Pour over steak. Serve over rice.
