Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. beef (round steak or possibly chuck)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 crushed cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Direcciones
- Mix together and let stand over beef in refrigerator for at least 24 hrs or possibly longer. Cook for 15 min on a gas or possibly regular grill. Serves 4 to 6.
