Receta Beef Sauerkraut Skillet

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 lg. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
- 1 pound grnd chuck beef
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sauerkraut
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter in 10" skillet. Spread sauerkraut with liquid proportionately in skillet. Sprinkle caraway seeds if used. Arrange potato slices over sauerkraut. Sprinkle with onion. Top with meat and season with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over meat. Cover and simmer for 45 min or possibly 1 hour. 4 servings.
