- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 peeled and slashed garlic cloves
Direcciones
- Give your meat an extra dimension with a marinade. Combine all ingredients except beef. Pour marinade over beef. Cover and chill overnight or possibly leave at room temperature for not more than 2 hrs. Drain. Broil or possibly grill.
