Receta Beef With Mushrooms And Sherry

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Garlic dressing
- 1 tbsp. Russian dressing
- Crushed garlic clove
- 3 pound sliced beef (sirloin, fillet or possibly skirt steak)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lg. onions, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) box fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients for marinade. Pour over beef and chill 4-12 hrs, covered. Brown onion in saucepan. Add in 1 x 3 inch strips of beef and remaining ingredients. Heat till steaming, lower heat, add in mushrooms, cover and cook till tender about 15 min till meat is tender and gravy is thick.
