Receta Beef With Ravioli

Ingredientes
- 1 pound stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch pcs
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, rinsed under warm water to separate
- 1 (15 ounce.) can beef ravioli in sauce
- 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
Direcciones
- Shake meat in flour and salt and pepper. Brown in oil, then add in oregano, onion and garlic. Cook till tender, but not brown. Add in water and cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hrs. Turn cooker to high and add in peas, ravioli and parsley. Cover and cook till heated through, about 30 min longer. Makes 4 servings.
