Receta Beefy Mushroom Stuffed Manicotti

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 (32 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounce. ribbed manicotti
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Can buy spaghetti sauce including these ingredients.
- In large skillet saute/fry beef, mushrooms, fennel seed, green pepper, drain off excess fat. Add in salt and 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce; mix well. In bottom of 2 qt casserole, pour small amount of spaghetti sauce. Fill manicotti and place in dish. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over desired amount over filled manicotti. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Remove cover, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Return to oven for 5 min.
