Receta Beer Batter Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 chicken cut up
- 1 bottle Guiness Stout
- 1 Spanish onion
- 1/2 c. flour
- Black pepper
- 2 c. corn oil or possibly Crisco for frying
Direcciones
- Peel and slice onion and place in bowl or possibly Ziploc bag along with chicken (skinless is fine if you want to cut down on fat intake). Pour in bottle of Guiness Stout (or possibly any beer 12 ounces). Let sit in refrigerator at least 4 hrs or possibly freeze for future use.
- Now throw away beer and onions and roll chicken in flour to that black pepper has been added. Fry gently 10 to 15 min on each side. Drain on brown paper bags. The crunch and coating will amaze you. Enjoy!
