Ingredientes
- 1 pound halibut
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. beer
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- Accent to taste
Direcciones
- Cut halibut in 2-qt squares. Roll in batter. A healthy pinch of sugar in batter will help brown. Deep fry till brown.
