  • 4 x chicken breast halves
  • 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
  • 1/2 bot chili sauce
  • 4 x potatoes peeled, and cut into 2" pcs
  • 2 x celery stalks sliced
  • 4 x carrots peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. flour mixed with a little cool water to make a smooth paste Fresh parsley sprigs for garnish (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour mix in crock pot. Cover and cook for 7 to 9 hrs on LOW.
  2. Add in flour and water paste to the sauce during the last 30 to 45 min. Continue cooking, covered till thickened.
  3. Arrange vegetables and meat on large platter. Serve sauce separately. Garnish with parsley.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
