Ingredientes
- 1 lg. jar mild taco sauce
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pkg. dry taco mix
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. med. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 bag Tostada chips
- Minced tomatoes
- Minced onions
- Guacamole
- Lowfat sour cream
- Extra sauce
Direcciones
- Using oven proof plates or possibly individual platters, cook and serve Nachos in these to save doing extra dishes and to keep food warm. Brown meat and add in dry taco mix, prepare according to package directions. Add in can of refried beans and mix well.Put a layer of crisp tostada chips on plate. Top with meat mix, 2 cheeses and black olives. Pour mild taco sauce over outer edges and cheese. Bake 10-15 min at 350 degrees till cheese is melted and dish hot. Serve with side dishes of tomatoes, onions, guacamole, lowfat sour cream and extra sauce. Serves 4.
