- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger root, minced,

- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 dsh Salt & pepper
