Receta Beral's Berry Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg
- 6 Tbsp. Butter (can be canola oil)
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Yogurt (can be non-fat)
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk (can be skim)
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Berries (your choice)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter (or possibly oil) and sugar. Add in egg. Add in remaining ingredients, reserving baking pwdr for last. Stir to combine. Add in berries and stir briefly. Pour into greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake 20 min or possibly till lightly browned and tester comes out clean. Cold and serve.
