  • 1 (4 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 36 vanilla wafers
  • 3 quart. strawberries, sliced or possibly halved
  • Or possibly blackberries, blueberries or possibly a combination of fruits
  • 3/4 c. little chocolate chips (mini chips if strawberries are used)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, put together condensed lowfat milk. Add in pudding mix. Beat well and refrigerate 5 min. Whip cream till hard, then fold into pudding. Spoon 2 cups into 3 qt glass serving bowl. Top with half of cookies, fruit, chocolate (if used). Then layer on remaining pudding. Repeat the layering. Garnish with fruit, chocolate or possibly cookies. Refrigerate thoroughly before serving.
