Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream butter with sugar, beat in Large eggs and mix till fluffy. Sift flour with soda and salt. Stir in flour mix. Stir in mashed bananas, lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Place in greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pan or possibly 2 small loaf pans. Let stand 10 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
