  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, and Large eggs. Sift the dry ingredients and combine with butter mix. Blend well. Add in bananas, lowfat sour cream and vanilla; stir well. Stir in nuts and pour into a well-buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan or possibly several smaller ones. Bake 1 hour. Turn out onto a rack to cold.
