Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter, at room temperature
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans (optional)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, and Large eggs. Sift the dry ingredients and combine with butter mix. Blend well. Add in bananas, lowfat sour cream and vanilla; stir well. Stir in nuts and pour into a well-buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan or possibly several smaller ones. Bake 1 hour. Turn out onto a rack to cold.
