- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice*
- 4 oz grated bleu cheese**
- White or white wine vinegar may be substituted
- You can partially freeze the wedge of cheese and grate -OR- crumble it and process it in a Ninja or other powerful food processor
