Receta Best Ever Blueberry Muffins

- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. blueberries
- Sugar
Direcciones
- Line 12 c. muffin pan with baking c.. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternately to the creamed mix with lowfat milk and vanilla. Fold berries into batter and spoon into muffin pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 30 min at 375 degrees. Cold 5 min in pan. Serve hot. Yield: 15 servings.
